Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States.

United Kingdom
UK orders ship from the USA. Prices at checkout include UK VAT and import duties, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Shipping is paid by the customer and shown at checkout.

LIBRAÉ is currently running a presale. Orders placed now are expected to ship by October 22, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Orders are fulfilled from our facility in Lone Tree, Colorado.

REFUND POLICY

United States
We want you to love your LIBRAÉ pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in new condition with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email care@livelibrae.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method — please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. Returns are free.

Items that don't meet these conditions — worn, washed, or missing tags — won't be eligible for a refund.

United Kingdom
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us at care@livelibrae.com, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by the customer, using the label we provide. We refund the item price and your original standard outbound shipping once we've received and inspected the return.

You're welcome to try items on to check fit. Items should be unworn beyond that, unwashed, with tags attached and free of scents, makeup, or deodorant marks. If an item comes back worn, washed, or marked, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Exchanges are free to ship from us. Return shipping on the original item is paid by the customer. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will cover the return shipping and replace or refund it.
